COACHING AGREEMENT

PLEASE COMPLETE ALL FIELDS AND SIGN IN THE DESIGNATED AREA

    Dear COACHEE,

The following Coaching Agreement & Policies are designed to maximize our work together so that you can achieve the best results possible. Please review them carefully.

    Coaching Guidelines:
    a) Coach and Client will meet at the scheduled time via the link that is emailed at least 24-hours prior to the meeting.
    b) Client gives permission for the coach to be direct, though unconditionally constructive. Pledge: Client & Coach agree to abide by the Coaching Policies & Procedures as listed below.

    Disclaimer of Liability:
You hereby employ Visionostics as Coach for the purpose of advising and coaching you with respect to your business and skills, professional development, and setting and achieving your goals. Visionostics has experience in such matters and agrees to render such coaching services. Training materials are developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. You understand and Visionostics agrees that they are not serving you as an employment agent, a business manager, a financial analyst or psychotherapist, and that they have not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not: (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for you; (2) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, tax or investment consulting, or advise with regard thereto, or (3) act as a therapist, providing psychological counseling, psychoanalysis or behavioral therapy.

    Policies and Procedures:
We are committed to the very best results for you. To ensure that there are no misunderstandings between us as we work together, please read the following Policies & Procedures very carefully. Our clients are our priority. Moving forward, please send all emails to: contact@jonathanh190.sg-host.com.

    Fees:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply some of the game-changing strategies you’ll learn with Visionostics. In order to ensure this happens, our packages require a 6-month commitment. If you wish to cancel your 6-month subscription, you must express this in writing and it will need to be approved by Visionostics. If you are unhappy within the first (15) days, you can cancel your 6-month subscription and receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fees). After (15) days, you are agreeing to the 6-month commitment and all fees for the duration of the subscription.

If you are purchasing a package of (4) individual coaching sessions, these sessions must be completed within (120) days unless other arrangements are made. In addition, if you are unhappy with your coaching sessions, you are eligible to receive a refund (minus credit card processing fees) for any sessions that have not been used at the time the refund is requested.

    Our Work Together:
Please complete any pre-coaching forms or assigned “homework” and email to us 24 hours prior to our scheduled meeting time. At least 24 hours before your scheduled meeting, you will receive an email with your audio link. Please plan to attend our call in a quiet place, to concentrate on our work together. If you are late for your call, our call will end at the regularly scheduled time, as we have other clients scheduled after you. Please do not reschedule or cancel appointments if possible; if something out of your control happens and you absolutely need to reschedule, please give us as much advance notice as possible. As with any professional service business, the call will not be rescheduled if missed without a 24-hour notice. If you experience a true emergency, we will work around it.

    Earning Disclaimer:
Every effort has been made to accurately represent this product and its potential. There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas and techniques. We do not position this product as a “get rich quick scheme.” Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request. Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the program, ideas and techniques mentioned, your finances, knowledge and various skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot guarantee your success or income level. Nor are we responsible for any of your actions.

    No Transfer of Intellectual Property:
Visionostics’ program is copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to you are for your individual use only and a single-user license. You are not authorized to use any of Visionostics’ intellectual property for your business purposes. All intellectual property, including Visionostics’ copyrighted program and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of Visionostics. No license to sell or distribute Visionostics’ materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, you agree (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by Visionostics is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Visionostics, (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with the Visionostics. Further, by purchasing this product, you agree that if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, Visionostics will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

    Email:
Because we believe coaching is an important relationship, and a nuanced process, we do not do in-depth coaching via email. However, we are aware that you might have quick questions in between our appointments. You can share these questions in the Visionaries group but if your question requires more time or a more complicated answer, we will ask you to hold it until we talk in person so we can find a deeper solution and offer you a higher level of service. Thanks for understanding.

    Confidentiality:
We will not use any of your information for our own benefit, nor disclose or communicate any information to any third party, unless you have given your permission (ex. for testimonials on my website or newsletter). For more information about confidentiality, see "Counseling vs. Coaching" addendum at the bottom of this page.

    Decisions and Results:
You are ultimately responsible for decisions made about your life and your business. We will offer resources, make referrals, and share our experiences. However, it is up to you to decide which, if any, to act upon. If you decide to take a recommendation, it is your choice and you take full responsibility for it. If you decide to work with someone based on my referral, you must know the workings of that relationship will be entirely separate from our relationship to you.

    Feedback and Comments:
As we conclude our work together, we will ask you to write a few comments as an evaluation. This helps us provide even better service and add consistently high quality experiences to our work. We find this extremely valuable and now make it a part of working with each client. We thank you in advance for this. Often, we ask clients if we can use these comments in the form of a customer testimonial to share with others who are thinking of working with us. You’ll let us know if that’s acceptable. We are looking forward to working with you!

    Counseling vs. Coaching
In addition to being a Coach, Natalie Higgins is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of North Carolina. It is important to delineate the differences between Coaching and Counseling. While, as in Counseling, we will be discussing personal information that affect your goals, and working on your growth, this is not a Counseling relationship where we are diagnosing &/or healing clinical issues. If Natalie feels that you need a counselor/ therapist or other mental health professional to heal clinical diagnoses/issues (ex. clinical anxiety or depression), she will refer you to seek appropriate help. As your Coach, she is not to serve as your clinical Counselor, but she is still bound to maintain certain ethical standards under her Counseling Licensing Board:

Legal Confidentiality Limits: Here are a few situations in which Natalie is required by law to reveal information to other persons or agencies without your permission: a) if you threaten grave bodily harm or death to another person b) if a court of law issues a legitimate subpoena, she is required by law to provide the information specifically described in the subpoena, c) if you reveal information relative to the abuse and neglect of a child or elderly person, and d) if she believes you intend to harm yourself, she is required to inform appropriate authorities.

Social Media and Electronic Communication: To preserve the confidentiality of clients, Natalie does not typically accept “friend requests” from current or former clients on social media sites such as Facebook or LinkedIn, unless we are already connected in a separate social context.

If you have any questions or concerns about the Counseling vs. Coaching roles, do not hesitate to contact Natalie or the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (License #9019).
