Natalie is a licensed therapist, licensed supervisor, entrepreneur and mindset coach. She owns a successful group therapy practice in Asheville, NC. Natalie chose to expand her desire to help others when she began noticing that her clients were all business owners and coming to her with business related issues, including management and leadership. She is passionate about helping business owners create a clear plan for their ideal business, while decreasing stress and overwhelm. Her goal is to assist her coaching clients in achieving more insight and confidence in their business and ultimately, their lives.
Before Natalie became a coach, she spent the last decade devoting her time helping others work through their traumatic pasts and look forward to their future with hope. She continues to maintain a small caseload of clients to stay current in her field and support individuals in her community.
When she’s not coaching or managing her group practice, you can find her consuming a variety of books, drinking coffee, and rationalizing with her toddler about why she needs to wear pants.
